Grahamm Dew

I’m the Founder and CEO of Moodra, ‘The Mood Changing Company,’ and the lead Clinical Hypnotherapist and Talking Therapist. Both my professional practice and personal commitment to supporting others have been deeply shaped by my own experiences navigating mental health challenges and chronic pain for over 35 years. Recognizing firsthand the frustration and isolation that comes from limited support. I crafted Moodra to offer compassionate, holistic, and genuinely supportive care precisely when you need it most.

My accredited qualifications include LLB (Hons), MNCH (Reg), HPD, CMI Dip Coaching and mentoring, NLP & EFT Practitioner, MHFA England, Breathwork & Meditation Teacher, and extensive experience supporting those in emotional crisis through charity work.

Through Moodra, my mission is clear: offer hope, enable transformation, and provide practical, lifelong tools to navigate stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and various other mental health challenges. You’re never alone—together, we can change your mood and transform your life, from where you are now to where you want to be.

Fiona Brindle

With over 35 years of experience in the beauty and holistic industry, I’ve had the privilege of working in spas, cruise ship salons, and as a salon owner. My journey also took me into education, where I spent 13 years teaching and assessing beauty and holistic therapies at the college level, passing on my knowledge to the next generation of professionals. I even ran my own training center for 7 years, empowering others to thrive in this field.

As a qualified aromatherapist, I’ve always been deeply passionate about the healing power of natural therapies, which I integrate into my work to support holistic well-being.

My life took an interesting turn when I met Grahamm and experienced profound hypnotherapy sessions that deeply impacted me. These sessions sparked conversations between us, which led us to identify a major gap in mental health support within the industry. This realization ignited my passion for further exploring mental well-being, and I became one of the directors of Moodra—a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to enhancing mental health in the holistic and wellness space. I also played a key role in developing the Moodra product collection, creating products that nurture both mental and physical health.

In addition, I had an integral role in the development of the accredited Mind Touch Hypnotherapy Massage online training program. This unique technique blends the power of aromatherapy, acupressure massage and hypnotherapy, offering individuals a deeply transformative experience.

I am a trained person-centred counsellor with a diploma in therapeutic counselling, committed to providing a compassionate and supportive space for individuals facing mental health challenges. With over six years of experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate difficult emotions and life circumstances.

My experience includes working for the NHS on a mental health support helpline, offering immediate support and guidance to those in distress. I have also provided bereavement counselling with Cruse Bereavement, supporting individuals through grief and loss. Additionally, I have worked with children and young people in a school setting, helping them manage emotional and psychological challenges. For the past two years, I have worked as an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) counsellor, offering professional support to employees dealing with personal and work-related concerns.

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, empowering them to find their own path to well-being.

Jodie Jago

I’m psychotherapist trained through Clearmind International, with a focus on transpersonal therapy that honours the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My approach is rooted in both professional training and lived experience, which allows me to hold space with deep empathy and authenticity.

I specialise in working with addiction in its many forms—whether it’s substances, alcohol, smoking, or behavioural patterns like shopping. I also have experience supporting clients within the LGBTQIA+ community, and those navigating ADHD, offering a safe, affirming environment to explore identity, challenges, and growth.

My practice includes individual therapy, couples therapy, and soon, group work. I draw on a range of modalities including CBT, Therapeutic Enactment (AEDP), Chair Work, and Family Systems Theory, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.

I believe real healing comes from being seen, heard, and understood—and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your truth and create lasting change.
