HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Moodra Gift Cards are digital
- After purchase, you receive an email with a unique gift card code and instructions on how to use it (the email subject is "Your Gift Card is Ready")
- You can either forward this email to your loved one, or get the Gift Card link and share that via sms or messenger
- Get the Gift Card link in 'View Gift Card" button in the mail. This link shares all the necessary info: our store, current gift card balance and instructions on how to use it
- Moodra Gift Cards can be used as payment for any products
- The recipient clicks on 'Redeem Gift Card' (next to 'Have a Gift Card?') during checkout
- A gift card can be used in multiple orders until it’s fully redeemed. The remaining balance can be seen by clicking on the "View Gift Card" button in the email or after the recipient applies the gift card at checkout
- If the order total is more than the gift card amount, the recipient should pay the remaining amount using other payment methods available
- Gift cards can not be used in conjunction with discount coupons
- Gift Cards are valid for 1 year
