4. MAKING AN ORDER & THERAPY BOOKINGS
After placing an order for goods, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). A subsequent email will be sent once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, at which point a binding contract between you and us will be established.
4.1 Product description and packaging
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
4.2 If we cannot accept your order
If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you for the product. This may occur due to factors such as product unavailability, unforeseen limitations on our resources, pricing or description errors, or an inability to meet your specified delivery deadline.
4.3 Making changes to your order
Please note that we are unable to cancel or modify orders during peak promotional periods.
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team . If a change is requested, we will inform you of its feasibility, including any potential adjustments to the product price, delivery schedule, or other relevant factors. You will then be asked to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the modification.
Additionally, we may make changes to a product to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
4.4 Therapy Bookings
All Therapy bookings are paid for in advance via the online booking system or in person at the Moodra Therapy Hub at least 24hrs before the date of the Therapy session.
If you have booked a therapy session and wish to change your appointment please contact our Customer Care Team regarding your request.
5. REGISTER AN ACCOUNT
To enhance your shopping experience, we offer the option to register for a personal account on our website. We also offer a support account with trained talking therapists when using our collection of Hypnotherapy products.
During registration, you will be required to provide certain personal information. Once your account is created, you can access, update, or correct your details at any time using the “My Account” section. We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as outlined in Section 3.2 above.
To protect your account security, please keep your username and password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify us immediately.
6. PRICE
All prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), as required by applicable law, unless otherwise specified. Shipping and packaging costs may be charged in addition to the price of the goods. For further details on delivery charges, please refer to Section 8 [Delivery].
7. PAYMENT
Online payments are processed in a secure environment to ensure the safety of your transaction. We accept payments via the following credit and payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron, google pay
Any fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the appropriate authorities. If your payment card issuer declines or fails to authorize the transaction for any reason, we will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery of products.
8 DELIVERY
For all deliveries, please follow this link to our delivery charges. Delivery times may vary. Deliveries are made via Courier and Royal Mail where the weight is less than 4kg
Free 2 – 5 Working Day Delivery is valid on orders over £50. This is subject to change during peak promotional periods, see UK & International Shipping Page for details.
We will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order. Please note that our Next Day service is not guaranteed, a delivery attempt will be made where possible and a signature is required upon delivery.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
You will be responsible for all loss and damage to the goods after they have been delivered to you.
9. OWNERSHIP
We will retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been made and funds have cleared.
10. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
10.1 ORDER CANCELLATIONS & THERAPY BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change an address or cancel a product order please contact our Customer Care Team , within 30 minutes of placing your product order. Please be aware that we may not be able to cancel or amend orders during peak promotional periods.
If you cancel your Therapy Session less than 24 hours prior to your appointment then a fee of 100% of the therapy session cost is payable. If you cancel more than 24 hours your advanced payment will be credited back to your account less a £5:00 administration fee or a new booking can be made free of charge.
10.2 NON-FAULTY PRODUCTS
At Moodra Ltd, we want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied or you change your mind, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund or replacement (as appropriate) within 28 days. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition.
Please note that we will be unable to accept returns of sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened by you after delivery.
10.3 FAULTY PRODUCTS/OTHER RIGHTS TO RETURN
Please be advised that we are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at Moodra.co.uk. If you purchased a product at one of our authorised retailers or stockiest, please contact them directly.
In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products :
where there has been an error in the price or description of the product ordered or they are otherwise not as described; or
the product is faulty (i.e unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose).
Please note that we will be unable to accept returns of sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened by you after delivery.
You are entitled to a refund where the products are returned to us within 28 days of purchase. After 28 days, you are entitled to a replacement product only.
If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, please make us aware within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our Customer Care Team at moodra.co.uk/contact
Please note that we may require images and/or videos of any damage for our records and may need to collect the product(s) for testing before a replacement or refund is issued.
10.4 RETURNS
Please be advised that we are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at moodra.co.uk If you purchased a product at one of our authorised retailers or counters, please contact them directly.
You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please always retain proof of postage until your exchange/ refund has been processed.
We are only able to accept returns on unused and unopen hypnotherapy candles and hypnotherapy massage candles.
For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of Aroma mist products.
Where a product includes a hypnotherapy audio recording and the recording link has been sent to the email address used for registration the maximum refund given will be 50% of the product purchase price as the audio recording cannot be returned.
If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you, less any deductions as mentioned for products within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your returned products.
Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items. Less 50% for any audio recording registered.
If a promotional gift has been included in your order, and a return is made reducing your qualifying total for this gift, the full order must be returned.
When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
Please follow the online returns process detailed above. Any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.
11. RE-SALE OF OUR PRODUCTS
Please note that all products which are made available on our website are for your personal use only and you may not sell or re-sell any of the products to anyone, including making them available for sale on any third party website. We reserve the right to cancel any orders to you where we believe that you are intending to sell our products on.
12. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence on the part of Moodra Ltd, its directors, or employees, nor does it exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we will be liable only for loss or damage that is a foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is considered foreseeable if it is either an obvious consequence of our actions or if, at
the time the contract was formed, both parties were aware that such an outcome was possible, for example, if it was discussed during the sales process.
For business customers, our total liability for all losses arising from or in connection with any contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to a maximum of 100% of the total sums paid by the customer for the products under the relevant contract.
13. HYPOTHERAPY RECORDINGS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Moodra Ltd’s hypnotherapy recordings (the “Recordings”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Recordings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Recordings.
13.1 GENERAL DISCLAIMER
- Moodra Ltd provides hypnotherapy recordings for relaxation, meditation, and general well-being purposes only.
- the Recordings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
- No guarantee is given regarding the effectiveness of the Recordings, and individual results may vary.
13.2 USE OF RECORDINGS
- The Recordings are for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
- Users must listen in a safe environment and must not use the Recordings while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity requiring full alertness.
- The Recordings should not be used by individuals with epilepsy, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, or any other serious mental health condition, unless advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

All hypnotherapy recordings remain the intellectual property of Moodra Ltd and are protected by copyright laws.

If we do not insist immediately that you do something that these Terms require you to do, or if we delay in taking steps in respect of a breach of any contract, this will not prevent us from taking steps at a later date.
