Welcome to the Moodra® Mind Touch training programme.
This programme introduces a structured sensory system designed to support individuals who experience ongoing mental activity and difficulty switching off. Moodra combines guided audio, scent, and professional touch within clearly defined massage-based boundaries.
The purpose of this training is to prepare you to deliver Moodra Mind Touch safely, consistently, and in line with the system as it has been developed.
What This Training Is
Moodra Mind Touch is a structured, repeatable treatment system.
You will be trained to deliver a defined sequence that integrates:
- Guided audio
- Aromatherapy
- Professional touch
Each element has a specific role within the treatment. The system is delivered as taught, without adaptation or interpretation.
What This Training Is Not
Moodra is not positioned as therapy and does not aim to diagnose, treat, or resolve conditions.
This training does not qualify you as a counsellor, psychotherapist, or clinical hypnotherapist.
Your role is to deliver a structured sensory experience within your existing professional scope.
The Moodra Position
Moodra is built around a clearly recognised experience:
“I can’t switch off.”
Rather than analysing this experience, the system provides a consistent way to support settling through coordinated sensory input.
This positioning should remain consistent in both treatment delivery and communication.
How the Course Is Structured
The training is delivered through a series of lessons and quizzes covering:
- Professional standards and responsibilities
- Consultation and client suitability
- Health, safety, and hygiene
- Anatomy and physiology
- Aromatherapy, guided audio, and sound
- The full Moodra Mind Touch treatment procedure
You are required to complete all lessons and pass all quizzes before progressing to assessment.
Assessment and Completion
To complete the programme, you must successfully pass the Final Practical Assessment.
This confirms that you can:
- Deliver the full treatment in the correct sequence
- Maintain professional standards and boundaries
- Apply the Moodra system safely and consistently
Completion of training does not authorise delivery of the treatment until assessment has been passed.
Professional Responsibility
As a Moodra practitioner, you are expected to:
- Work within your scope of practice
- Follow the treatment exactly as trained
- Maintain clear professional boundaries
- Use Moodra products and materials as directed
- Represent the brand accurately and professionally
Consistency protects both the client experience and the integrity of the system.
What Success Looks Like as a Moodra Practitioner
Successful delivery of Moodra Mind Touch is defined by consistency rather than variation.
A Moodra practitioner:
- Delivers the treatment in the correct sequence each time
- Maintains a calm, steady, and structured approach
- Uses clear, non-interpretive communication
- Works within professional boundaries at all times
- Creates a predictable and contained client experience
Over time, consistency allows clients to become familiar with the process. This reduces the need for explanation, supports ease within the session, and strengthens the overall experience.
Success is not based on outcomes or claims. It is reflected in professional delivery, repeatable standards, and the ability to provide a stable and reliable treatment environment.
Before You Begin
Before progressing, ensure that you:
- Have read and understood the course structure
- Are familiar with your professional responsibilities
- Are prepared to follow the system as taught
This training is designed to be clear, structured, and practical. Progress through each section in order to build confidence and consistency in delivery.
